At Gsus4, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio and electronic equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Gsus4 account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a safe transit and full refund eligibility.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
