T-Rex | Binson Stereophonica | Modern Stereo Reinterpretation of The Ultimate Analog Studio Delay | PRE-ORDER

The Binson Stereophonica from T-Rex is an analog replica of the original Binson Echorec, now supercharged for stereo signals. Using the same technology in the monophonic Binson, this version takes the classic sounds of drum delay, shrinks it down to a manageable size, and gives you the mechanical delight of a drum delay spread across the stereo field. The original can be heard on recordings all over the 60s and 70s, most famously by Pink Floyd—and now by you!

The delay line gives you access to four different playheads that each have their own volume and balance control. This opens up the option for unique rhythmic delays across the stereo field like no other device out there. Change the speed of the head from slow to fast for instant pitch changes and dial in over 500ms of delay at the longest setting. A Swell mode can turn this delay into an ambient powerhouse by adjusting the functionality to that of a pseudo-reverb, with the playheads offering dreamy undulations based on their settings.

Connections are of no concern with a 1/4" instrument input, two XLR/TRS combo jacks for balanced cables, along with two XLR and 1/4" outputs. On top of that, you have MIDI connections for digital control, or use the two available expression pedal jacks to gain direct control over the Speed and Feedback. Explore the psychedelic sounds of yesteryear and the cyberdelic sounds of tomorrow today with the Binson Stereophonica from T-Rex.
